5 c. rice or corn Chex cereal
5 c. wheat Chex cereal
5 c. Cheerios cereal
14 oz. Cheezit crackers
1 lb. salted mixed nuts
10 oz. pretzels
1 1/2 c. unsalted butter
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a very large oven-safe roasting pan, mix together the cereals, crackers, and nuts and set aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in remaining seasonings, making sure salts are dissolved completely. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, folding with a silicone spatula to evenly coat all dry pieces. Bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Makes approx 2.5 gallons.
